Training and Onboarding Officer - Akure (Ondo State)

<p>Responsible for the training of potential candidates and onboarding successful Champions for MAX.</p><p>Research and develop training programs</p><p>Prepare classroom curricula, lectures, demonstrations and presentations</p><p>Track riders progress within the onboarding program.</p><p>Conduct orientation trainings to inform new hires about company policies and procedures.</p><p>Ensure new drivers are onboarded effectively and understand clearly the obligations detailed in the service contract.</p><p>Assist with activation processes.</p><p>Suggest periodic training for Champions e.g. health and safety.</p><p>Follow up to ensure a smooth application process and proper implementation of training</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Experience with training/imparting knowledge.</p><p>Strong working knowledge of developing orientation systems and tools.</p><p>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>Excellent verbal and written communication.</p><p>A start-up attitude- willingness to work hard to get things done.</p><p>Ability to make discretionary judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.</p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><p>•A degree in related fields</p><p>•Demonstrated high computer literacy: particularly with programmes in Microsoft Office</p><p>•1 year and above work experience</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Want to Join Us?
