Our client, a fast-growing logistics firm, is seeking a highly organized and efficient Operations Administrator to support their daily business activities. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including scheduling, record-keeping, data entry, and assisting with operational coordination. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and contribute to a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain operational records, databases, and filing systems. Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for operational staff. Prepare and distribute operational reports, memos, and correspondence. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow.
