The Tailored Licensed Support (TLS) Team acts as a fiduciary, remotely serving clients in partnership with the clients' local Branch Office Team. Tailored Licensed Support associates are experienced licensed financial advisors with extensive industry knowledge and firsthand branch experience ready to partner with their Branch Teams on day one. The TLS associate effectively and efficiently performs any licensed tasks the Financial Advisor performs and will be paired with up to 2 Branch Teams. What Characteristics would make you a successful Tailored Licensed Support Financial Representative: Build meaningful relationships with the branch team and their clients, with an understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to providing financial solutions. Collaborate with the FA and branch team to ensure alignment and create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results. Researching portfolio performance, cost/fees, asset allocation and changes to portfolio construction/investments, and make recommendations to client. Gathering information and collecting suitability information to deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create a personalized, comprehensive strategy to achieve their goals. Meeting with clients regularly to track progress toward goals, uncover additional assets, proactively address emerging concerns, and adjust their strategy to ensure their needs are met. Leverage firm systems, tools and resources to support Goal Based Advice conversations in a tailored approach and apply knowledge of the Edward Jones business model, investment philosophies and values. Demonstrate flexibility in shifting between two branch teams, prioritizing the needs of each branch on a daily basis. Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with the branch team and their clients, with an understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to providing financial solutions.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current Series 7 and 66 licenses required to apply (OR Combination of both Series 63 and 65) and the ability to be registered in all 50 states at time of application
- Insurance License required and the ability to be licensed in all 50 states at time of application
- At least 3-5 years of securities industry experience as a Financial Advisor or equivalent position requiring extensive product, service, market and general investing knowledge. Experience as an Edward Jones Financial Advisor highly preferred
- Must be able to understand information about various securities, market conditions, industry trends, financial planning and relationship building
- Strong critical thinking skills are necessary
- Ability to provide support on Day 1 and immerse yourself into a branch team's business plan to quickly contribute to their success
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required in various formats including video, telephone, and face-to-face
- Some travel required to the HQ and branch teams served (Less than 10%)
