Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain a variety of data in proprietary databases and spreadsheets.

  • Review data for discrepancies or errors and resolve inconsistencies in a timely manner.

  • Perform quality checks and ensure that all entered data meets organizational standards.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer information.

  • Assist with the development and documentation of standard operating procedures related to data entry tasks.
