Sr. Product Manager – Distributed Order Management (DOM)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Product Manager to lead our Order Management space. As the DOM Product Manager, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our order management products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs. This role now includes leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and driving Change Management initiatives as critical components of DOM program delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a compelling product strategy and vision for distributed order management, emphasizing the strategic role of UAT and Change Management in ensuring successful product adoption and business transformation.
  • Lead Agile Pods: Support agile methodologies within the DOM pod, focusing on delivery and value creation against aligned objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Roadmap Development: Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that includes prioritized features, enhancements, and innovations for DOM capabilities, incorporating UAT milestones and change readiness activities.
  • Ensure delivery of core DOM capabilities including Availability Views, Fulfillment Optimization, Store Inventory Management, Store Fulfillment, Order Orchestration, and Inventory Reservations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, supply chain, store operations, customer care, finance, and merchandising teams to ensure successful execution of product initiatives. Lead UAT planning and execution, coordinating with QA, business stakeholders, and end-users to validate functionality and readiness. Drive Change Management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Market Analysis & Customer Insights: Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to inform product decisions and change strategies.
  • Product Development: Lead and support end-to-end product development processes from concept to launch, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track OKRs for DOM products, including adoption and change success metrics. Regularly assess product performance and iterate strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, UAT outcomes, and change readiness progress to executive leadership and relevant teams.
  • Support OBF team prioritization and backlog management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years in product management, with expertise in distributed order management or adjacent domains (e-commerce, logistics, supply chain).
  • UAT & Change Management: Proven experience leading User Acceptance Testing and executing Change Management strategies for enterprise-scale programs.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of MAO or similar order management technology solutions and retail industry best practices.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence without authority.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated success in cross-functional environments and stakeholder alignment.
  • Results-Driven: Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and driving adoption of new capabilities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree

Benefits:

The annual base salary range is $133000 - $170000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
