About the Role:

As a CBRE Account Operations Sr. Coordinator, you will execute advanced operational processes for work order management and service partner follow-up.

This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

Schedule: 8 to 9 AM start time EST. M-F.

What You’ll Do:

+ Work with customers, service providers, and employees performing complex routine and non-routine activities.

+ Assist large clients to achieve objectives. This includes coordinating processes, controls, cost, information, communications, and quality.

+ Assign maintenance repair work orders in a timely manner. This includes dispatching, scheduling, and completing post-service activities.

+ Review and prioritize open work orders for follow-up.

+ Conduct periodic weekly calls with clients to review the status of projects and work orders.

+ Work with internal groups to communicate customer requirements and resolve any escalated challenges, issues, or new opportunities.

+ Monitor conflicting reports to validate accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve.

+ Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.

+ Evaluate and select solutions from established options.

+ Impact the team through the quality of the services or information provided.

+ Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.

What You’ll Need:

+ High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) with 2-3 years of job-related experience.

+ An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.

+ Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.

+ Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.

+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

+ Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.

+ General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Account Coordinator position is $20 per hour and the maximum $21 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
