Advocate for technical and non-functional requirements and projects to be represented in the roadmap.<br>4. Maximize the development of internal talent through regular performance coaching, performance reviews and presenting developmental opportunities to develop top talent to build an effective and high performing team. <br>5. Identify dependencies across systems and teams for technical solutions.<br>6. Work collaboratively with Domain Architecture and other stakeholders to translate general Cyber best practices into product lines and ensure project work meets standards and requirements <br>7. Catalog and diagram services and functionality in accordance with business and cyber requirements. Develop other technical documentation as appropriate.<br>8. Contribute and adhere to the Cyber Security team's processes, templates, and procedures.<br>9.
