Position Overview

We are seeking experienced, relationship-driven Sales Representatives on a Commission-Only basis.
The ideal candidate must have existing relationships and sales experience with major U.S. retailers, especially:

  • TJX
  • Costco
  • HomeGoods
  • Home Depot

Candidates with additional connections to other big-box or specialty retailers are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce and expand our product categories into key retail accounts.
  • Leverage existing buyer relationships to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate with our U.S. and China teams on product development and supply chain needs.
  • Manage sales presentations, quoting, and follow-up with buyers.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the retail market.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in home goods or related consumer product categories.
  • Existing relationships with buyers or decision-makers at TJX, Costco, HomeGoods, or Home Depot.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with retail purchasing processes and seasonal product cycles.
