Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract language and rates
- Ensuring all documentation is accessible to DHMSO staff electronically and in hardcopy
- Ensuring all contracts comply with relevant laws and organizational policies
- Collaborating closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to mitigate risks and secure favorable terms
- Monitoring contract performance, compliance, and renewal dates
- Maintaining a comprehensive contract management system for accurate record-keeping
- Acting as a primary contact for external partners on contract matters
