Strategic Advisor, Enterprise, Rentals

Job Description:

  • Oversee relationship and growth of Rentals’s largest Enterprise partners who have the highest portfolio participation.
  • Perform presentations with key decision makers to identify upselling/cross selling opportunities within accounts.
  • Travel (up to 50%) as needed to maintain and strengthen partnerships.
  • Conduct business reviews with clients, providing insights and metrics to ensure their account is set up for success with the goal of helping grow, retain, and engage our client base.
  • Own your book of business and help nurture our next generation of top clients.
  • Serve as a coach, mentor, and educator of our Multifamily clients to encourage mutual success; viewed as an extension of their marketing teams and a consultant on all things multifamily.
  • Facilitate positive client experiences through your expertise of our systems & processes.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and advertising tendencies.
  • Conduct and facilitate regular client experience and engagement events to build partnership.
  • Participate in multifamily rentals conferences, association meetings, trade shows, and property management company meetings to increase partnerships, revenue and exposure to the Zillow Rental Network.
  • Meet and exceed assigned goals/quotas on a quarterly basis.
  • Be an expert in all Zillow Rentals Network products and services.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmaps, marketing strategies, and sales process improvements.
  • Provide internal leadership by mentoring other Strategic Advisors, elevating team performance, and contributing to onboarding, best-practice development, and thought leadership across the broader organization.
  • Act as a strategic contributor to enterprise go-to-market evolution, identifying new opportunities, supporting early-stage product pilots, and shaping approaches for emerging or high-impact initiatives.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, determining methods and procedures on new or special assignments, and leading cross-functional workstreams as needed.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years sales/account management experience
  • Possess a high energy and strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive can-do attitude virtually and in-person
  • Excel at building relationships to drive revenue growth
  • High degree of ownership and dedication to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to present to multiple decision makers including C-Suite
  • A passion for high level conversations with decision makers and influencers
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales goals and other key performance metrics
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows based applications
  • Salesfore.com or other CRM experience is preferred
  • Proficient use of excel, tableau and other data analytic tools, including Google Analytics
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
