Warehouse Associate - 3PL Shipping
Location: Irving, TX
Compensation: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (or until job completion).

Role Summary
As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results.     • Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment

Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:
  • Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
  • Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
  • Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
  • Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
  • Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

Do you have what it takes to succeed at KAO?
  • Are you 18 years of age or older?
  • Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
  • Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
  • Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
  • Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
  • Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
  • Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
  • Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience?
