American Track, a North American Rail Solutions company, is seeking a dedicated Railroad Laborer (Trackman) to join its field operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing track components—including rails, ties, switches, and ballast—using hand tools and heavy equipment. The position begins as a Trackman, with the opportunity to advance to Machine Operator upon demonstrating the required skills and proficiency. Candidates must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week), with flexibility for overtime, on-call shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
