Role Overview

Join our fulfillment team as a Pick & Pack Associate! In this role, you are the final step before a package lands on a customer's doorstep. You will work inside a climate-controlled fulfillment center, using advanced technology to locate products and pack them securely for shipment. It’s a fast-paced, active role where your work directly impacts customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Picking: Follow digital prompts on a handheld scanner to locate items on multi-level shelving units or robotic pods.
  • Packing: Scan items, select the right box size, apply dunnage (bubble wrap), and tape boxes for shipping.
  • Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure orders are accurate before they leave your station.
  • Stay Active: Walk up to 10 miles per shift or stand at a station for extended periods while lifting up to 49 lbs.
