Position Overview

As an Entry Level Remote Support Specialist, you’ll assist customers or internal users with simple questions, provide basic troubleshooting, and help guide people through online processes. Your job is to provide friendly support, follow instructions, and communicate clearly. You’ll also work with ticketing tools where you review incoming requests and help resolve or escalate them.
