Job Description:

Class A CDL Drivers for Amazon Freight Partner - Regional - Earn up to $75,000 per year.

Compensation: Regional $68,000 - $75,000

Consistent Schedule: Regional 4 days on 4 days off, Start times AM or PM

Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k, PTO, Performance bonuses

High Five Logistics is a rapidly growing trucking company looking for motivated and professional Class A CDL drivers for Local and Regional routes. We are partnered to haul freight exclusively for Amazon, allowing us to provide the benefits of a large business while embodying the culture of a small one. Amazon provides brand new CNG Day Cabs and Diesel Sleeper Cabs, outfitted with state-of-the-art safety technology, equipment, logistics software, and on road support to ensure our drivers are the best equipped and prepared.

Hourly rates start at $23.50 providing an earning range for regional routes $68,000 - $75,000 per year depending on Full time work and Safety bonuses. Our partnership with Amazon provides steady work, full-time hours with over-time and expanded operations during the peak months of November - December.

Our facilities are based in Phoenix, AZ and routes will begin and end at our yard, with all loads being Drop and Hook. As a High Five Logistics driver, you will work a consistent 4 day on, 4 days off schedule for regional routes spending one night re-setting on the road, then re-setting at home, then another night re-setting on the road, then 4 consecutive days off. Block start times are available in the morning and evenings.

In addition to your hourly pay, there are additional quarterly Safety and Performance bonuses. Other key benefits are Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued at a rate of 4% of hours worked, Health Insurance programs with election dates upon hire, participation in the 401 (k) program.

CDL Class A Truck Driver Overview: - Full time employment, averaging 48 hours per week throughout the year. - Regional routes average 700-1,000 miles per 4 day block. - Our deliveries are nearly all drop and hook - New CNG and Diesel Sleeper Cabs with Automatic Tractors and the latest Safety equipment and driver assistance technology. - Opportunities for consistent work based on our Amazon Freight Partnership - Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit. - Benefits Include: Heath Insurance, Dental and Vision, 401K, PTO, Safety and Performance bonuses, and Referral Bonuses.

CDL Class A Driver, Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
  • Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general public. To understand highway traffic signs and signals in English.
  • Must be able to properly fill out reports and enter information into Apps and Newest Technology Provided by Amazon.
  • No current CDL suspension or past revocations.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Must pass a DOT physical, Drug Test and Background Check
  • Ability to effectively learn and operate GPS enabled software and hardware.
  • Must be able to use handheld technology and smart phone applications.
