Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airline Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer support to airline passengers, handling flight inquiries, reservations, cancellations, and troubleshooting travel-related concerns. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while delivering exceptional service to travelers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages related to airline services, reservations, and flight changes.
  • Assist customers with booking, rebooking, cancellations, and refund inquiries.
  • Provide up-to-date flight information, including schedules, delays, and policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure compliance with airline policies and federal travel regulations.
  • Offer recommendations for travel upgrades, baggage policies, and loyalty programs.
  • Process payment transactions securely and accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using airline CRM systems.
  • Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and airline booking platforms.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or the airline industry is preferred.
